- 제 목 setup 에러가 나는데 왜그런지 모르겠어요

http://10.132.212.9/setup.asp 에 화일이 있습니다.
도메인은 없고 자체 서버라서 ftp연결 하지않고 탐색기처럼 그냥 해당 폴더에 붙혀넣기 해서 사용하거든요.
오류메시지는
